Mr. Normandin is the founding principal of Summit Realty Partners and Winslow Property Management. Mr. Normandin has been involved with all facets of real estate in New England for over thirty five years, which includes: management, leasing, tenant representation, development, financing, construction, and sales. He began his career with Owner /Developer, the Zuker Companies whose focus was retail space all over New England. They were an active joint venture partners of the Hamilton Company of Boston on many projects. Mr. Normandin's experience includes working from the ownership perspective to maximize property value through sound management and leasing.
Mr. Normandin founded Winslow Property Management, Inc in 1992 and the brokerage division, Summit Realty Partners, Inc. in 1998. Mr. Normandin's experience includes property management and leasing services provided for banking institutions and investors on properties ranging in size up to 500,000 square feet. At these properties Mr. Normandin has overseen budgeting, cost analysis, bid solicitation, CAM reconciliation, new construction, tenant build-outs, routine maintenance, facade redesign and construction, emergency service and fire restoration, contract supervision, energy audits, insurance audits, tax abatements, tenant evictions, tenant solicitation and retention, credit checks, lease negotiations and administration. In 2005, Normandin partnered with Dan Katz of Katz properties (now KPR Retail) on a management company for his first retail acquisition to oversee management and leasing. The Katz portfolio grew to 35 shopping centers between Maine and Florida. Normandin opened and staffed offices in Maine, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., Jacksonville, and Fort Lauderdale, FL. Normandin sold his interest in the Katz entity in 2017. In 2019, Normandin worked on behalf of a family trust on four separate tax free exchanges acquiring 19 new assets managed by the company in 9 different US States whose combined purchase price exceeded 75,000,000. In 2020, The company was retained by a family office for property management services for a 15 property retail portfolio in the greater Boston area. The company now through several divisions manage and lease over 200 properties in 47 States from the Lexington, MA office. Clients include family trusts, active investors, Pension fund advisor and a Fortune 100 company.
Mr. Normandin graduated as the President of his Class at Saint Michael's College, Winooski Park, VT, with a B.A. in Political Science. In addition, he has undertaken post graduate work in real estate studies at Boston University. Mr. Normandin is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Connecticut.

Kris Normandin brings 35 years of leadership experience to the Summit / Winslow team. Kris has partnered with Frank Normandin since the inception, working on company infrastructure and strategic additions to property management aspect of the business.
In addition, Kris has a successful record of leading large scale, enterprise-wide leadership development and diversity programs in a variety of global organizations. She began her career with Sheraton Hotels and has worked in a range of industries that include banking, medical devices, professional services and academia. Specifically, she has held internal talent management positions at BankBoston, Covidien, Deloitte and Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership.
Kris holds an M.S. from Lesley University, a B.A. from Denison University, and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Rutgers University.

Director of Brokerage
Chris McMahon oversees brokerage services for Summit Realty Partners. His responsibilities include the representation of commercial real estate landlords, investors, developers, and tenants. Chris has been involved in more than 350 transactions worth over $250 million in transaction volume and many significant real estate development and redevelopment projects throughout his career. Chris’s specialties include brokerage services, site selection, franchise real estate support, lease negotiation, valuation and advisory across multiple sectors including retail, fitness, self-storage, medical and restaurant real estate. Chris has represented many retail landlords in transactions including Linear Retail, Brixmor, Hampshire Companies, Brady Sullivan, The Kroenke Group, Katz Properties Retail, and WJP Development. Chris has been involved in the expansion of several businesses including Orangetheory Fitness, Goddard School, Seasons Corner Market, True Storage, Domino’s, Planet Fitness, and Tropical Smoothie Café. Chris is involved with volunteer leadership at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) having previously chaired the New England Conference & Dealmaking Event in 2018 and currently holding the Eastern Division Next Generation Chair position. Prior to joining Summit Realty Partners, Chris helped launch a regional office in Portsmouth, New Hampshire for NAI Norwood Group where he was also the President of the Seacoast Rotary Club in 2011. Chris graduated from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH, with degrees in Business Management and Communication.
Marketing and Brokerage Coordinator
Gabrielle O’Brien is the marketing and brokerage coordinator responsible for providing general support to the brokerage team which includes inbound inquiries, tracking leads, managing listings, marketing databases, showing property and overseeing the entire marketing process from start to finish. Gabrielle is constantly researching prospective tenants for the Summit Realty Partners Portfolio and has been instrumental in leasing and selling many properties. Gabrielle was instrumental in the lease up of 19 Muzzey Street which is a 22,000 +/- sf office building in downtown Lexington, MA after it was purchased by a new owner that made substantial improvements to the building. Gabrielle is a graduate of Suffolk University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a minor in Accounting.
Travis Ginsberg provides brokerage services throughout the Summit Realty Partners Portfolio including leasing, tenant representation, investment sales and consulting. Since joining Summit Realty Partners, Travis has been involved in over $125 million of transaction volume and has been involved in leasing or selling over 1,000,000 sf of space. Travis has been involved in the expansion of several retail businesses including Tropical Smoothie Café, Goddard School, True Storage, Crumbl Cookies, Domino’s, The Joint Chiropractic, Zoo Health Club, Bruster’s Ice Cream and many others. Travis has represented many retail landlords in transactions including Linear Retail, Brixmor, Hampshire Companies, The Kroenke Group, Katz Properties Retail, Brady Sullivan, and WJP Development. Travis is Co-Chair of ICSC’s Boston Next Generation Committee and sits on the ICSC New England Conference and Deal Making Planning Committee. Originally from Marin County, California, Travis attended The Academy of Art University, San Francisco and UMASS Boston where he studied Advertising and Marketing.
Danny Schwarz provides brokerage and property management services for numerous properties within the Summit Realty Partners and Winslow Property Management portfolio. Danny is responsible for generating new business, leasing space at properties that Summit Realty Partners represents and selling properties. Danny has been involved in leasing properties to well-known tenants like Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s and Verizon Wireless, but has also worked with many local tenants like bagel shops, bike stores, dental practices and insurance groups to sign leases. Danny previously worked with the Philadelphia 76ers, 98.5 The Sports Hub, and most recently a Boston based real estate brokerage group. Danny is a graduate of Quinnipiac University with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing.
Winslow Property Management Team
Pam Laham has been responsible for operational accounting functions, including banking and financial reports for the properties in the Winslow Property Management Portfolio for over 15 years. Pam’s professional resume includes ten years with TJ Maxx/Marshalls where she worked as a tax accountant. Pam also served as a staff accountant at Nardella & Taylor in Lexington, MA. Pam received degrees in computer science and accounting from North Shore Community College, Danvers, MA.
Zach O’Donnell provides asset management services throughout the Winslow Property Management portfolio. Zach has helped expand Winslow’s Excess Property Group to over 200 sites nationally providing management & consulting services to Fortune 100 companies. Zach handles all types of client, tenant, and property based issues including annual reporting, brokerage & disposition, de-branding services, franchisee work, construction management, CAM & accounting, lease administration, utility control, and ongoing/emergency maintenance. Zach is also a licensed Re-al Estate Broker through Summit Realty Partners. Zach attended Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH, where he played on the varsity football and club hockey teams, and graduated with a degree in Political Science.
John Tardif oversees commercial real estate investments on behalf of Summit Realty Partners and its clients. John’s previous experience includes over 20 years in the financial services business. He started as an equity trader in Fidelity Investments Capital Markets group in 1992. For the next fifteen plus years John held multiple positions within Fidelity Capital Markets including market maker, specialist and Vice President of proprietary equity trading. Post Fidelity, John spent several years as an executive at a start up wealth management firm. Aside from leading the asset management team, John provided the firm with critical support in sales, investment analysis and due diligence (including public REITs), capital raising and business development. In addition to holding several general security licenses, including the series 7, 55 and 65, John has completed course work in financial analysis and asset allocation modeling. John graduated from the University of Maine, Orono, ME, with a B.S. in Business Management.

After interning with the company while in college, Blake joined the company after graduation. He now works a property accountant in the property management division. Blake holds an Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from The University of Richmond, Richmond, VA.
Blake is in the process of completing all of the sections of Uniform CPA examinations to become a Certified Public Accountant.
